I started thinking that I could possibly look into making a magazine that incorporates the theme of wildlife into studies of the human form.
When researching wildlife magazines, this appeared. Maya Almeida is an under water photographer (her work has been used in wildlife magazines.) Again, I love the unique take on capturing images of people, and the extremes taken to obtain these pictures, based on the movement in dance, is incredible. There are clearly considerations of composition and lighting, even under water. I really want to take a unique angle on portraiture, and this is another great example about how it can be done.
